Yes — migration is one click in your panel and completely free. You can move between all locations of the same plan; the server is stopped briefly during the move (typically 1-3 minutes). Upgrading to another plan or increasing disk size is done from the same screen.
You can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Troy), debit card, bank transfer, Papara and cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT). Installments are available for 3, 6 and 12-month terms. Proforma and e-invoicing are free for business customers.
Automatic backups are enabled by default on VDS-2 and above. Set hourly, daily or weekly backup intervals in your panel and store copies in a different location. A snapshot can be taken in one click at any time, and you can restore the server to that exact moment within seconds if anything goes wrong.
All our plans include 1 - 1,5 Tbps always-on DDoS protection. For small and medium-sized attacks, traffic is scrubbed and your server stays unaffected. If an attack exceeds our capacity, your traffic is routed to a Blackhole IP and you are notified; you can route the traffic back from your panel at any time in one click.
You can request a refund within 15 days of purchase without giving any reason. Usage must not exceed 72 hours. Your request is processed within 24 hours and the amount is refunded to the same payment method within 3-5 business days. Backing up migrated data is your responsibility.
Yes. Upload your ISO from the Upload Custom ISO section of your panel and attach it to the virtual machine. This is free, and our support team can install it for you on request. Special Linux images (Docker, cPanel, Plesk and similar) are also available preinstalled.
For Linux plans root credentials, and for Windows plans Administrator credentials, are emailed to you after the order. You can also reach the web-based VNC console even if there is a network problem. To open a support ticket you only need to write from the panel; our team connects to your server directly to fix the issue.
You can reach us 24/7 from the support section of your panel or through the live chat window on this site. Tickets on VDS-3 and VDS-4 are handled with priority. Our average first response is 15 minutes; for critical outages we reply in about 4 minutes.
Linux VDS plans have fixed resources and the best price; your performance stays the same no matter the load.
